II. Research and Reports (Scientific, Magickal, and Scholarly)

It may seem as if the Research and Lore sections are very similar, because they both contain descriptions of historical, religious, or sociological topics. Typically, the Research section contains works that are written by scholars, researchers, and experts on a topic from outside of the system they are writing about based on primary-sources, such as may be found in the Lore section, or their own observations. Be careful, though, as this does not necessarily mean that all of these books are as or more reliable than those found in the Lore section.
